Commercial Information Circular No. 1009/2018

The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on "Regulations on Safety of Cosmetics in Guangdong Province (Revised Draft for Consultation)"

The Legislative Affairs Office of the Guangdong Provincial People's Government (LAOGPPG) of the People's Republic of China is seeking comments from the public on the "Regulations on Safety of Cosmetics in Guangdong Province (Consultation Draft)".  The deadline for submission of comments is 30 November 2018.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the letter inviting public comments (available in Chinese only). Interested parties may send their comments to the LAOGPPG (please refer to the Appendix for contact details).
