The Mainland of China : Initiation of Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures Against Imports of Polyacrylonitrile Fiber from Korea

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 71/2017 on 7 November 2017, announcing the initiation of the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of polyacrylonitrile fiber from Korea. The relevant tariff codes of the product are 5501 3000, 5503 3000 and 5506 3000.  Please refer to the Appendix for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.For details of the final ruling of the subject anti-dumping investigation, please refer to CIC No. 570/2016 dated 14 July 2016.
