Viet Nam : Imposition of Definitive Anti-Dumping Duty on Certain H-Beam Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Viet Nam has decided to impose definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of certain H-beam originating in the Mainland of China.
DETAILS
2.Salient points of Viet Nam's definitive anti-dumping measure are set out below -
| (a) Product Coverage | : | Certain H-beam under the Harmonised System Codes 7216 33 00, 7228 70 10 and 7228 70 90 |
| (b) Rate of Duty | : | 29.17% (For certain companies specifically named, individual duty rates ranging from 20.48% to 22.09% would be applied) |
| (c) Effective Date | : | 5 September 2017 - 5 September 2022 |
