The Mainland of China: Notice Concerning Pilot Policy on Changing the Levy of Business Tax to Value-added Tax Related to Various Matters including Construction Services

The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation of the People's Republic of China jointly issued a notice on 11 July 2017 concerning issues of pilot policy on changing the levy of business tax to value-added tax related to various matters including construction services, which took effect on 1 July 2017 (except Article 5 of the said notice). Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
