The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the "Regulations on Access to Government Information (Consultation Draft on the Revised Draft)"

The Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council (SCLAO) of the People's Republic of China is seeking comments from the public on the "Regulations on Access to Government Information (Consultation Draft on the Revised Draft)". The deadline is 6 July 2017. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the consultation draft (available in Chinese only).

2.For details of the "Regulations on Access to Government Information" which is currently in force, please refer to CIC No. 180/2007 dated 25 April 2007.
