The Mainland of China : Implementation of Safeguard Measures against Imports of Sugar

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 26/2017 on 22 May 2017, announcing the implementation of safeguard measures against imports of sugar. The relevant tariff codes are 1701 1200, 1701 1300, 1701 1400, 1701 9100, 1701 9910, 1701 9920 and 1701 9990. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
