The Mainland of China : Expanding the Pilot Policy on Personal Income Tax on Commercial Health Insurance for Nationwide Implementation

The Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation, and the China Insurance Regulatory Commission of the People's Republic of China joinly issued a notice on 28 April 2017 expanding the pilot policy on personal income tax on commercial health insurance for nationwide implementation, which will take effect on 1 July 2017. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
