The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Countervailing Measures against Imports of Solar-grade Polysilicon from the European Union

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 23/2017 on 28 April 2017, announcing the ruling of the final review on the countervailing measures against imports of solar-grade polysilicon from the European Union. The tariff code of the product concerned is 2804 6190. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.For details of the final ruling of the subject countervailing case, please refer to CIC No. 432/2014 dated 13 May 2014.
