The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning New and Amended Rules of Origin since 1 January 2018 for Goods Entitled to Zero Tariff Preference under the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement"
The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China issued a notice on 10 December 2017 to promulgate the rules of origin for new item of goods entitled to zero tariff preference under the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement" (CEPA), which will take effect on 1 January 2018, and make an amendment to the rule of origin for one item of goods currently entitled to zero tariff preference under the CEPA.
