The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on "Law on Resource Tax of the People's Republic of China (Consultation Draft)"

The Ministry of Finance (MoF) and the State Administration of Taxation of the People's Republic of China are jointly seeking comments from the public on the "Law on Resource Tax (Consultation Draft)". Interested parties can submit their comments via MoF's website at http://tfs.mof.gov.cn/zhengwuxinxi/gongzuotongzhi/201711/t20171120_2753984.html (available in Chinese only) or other means (please refer to the Appendix for contact details) before 20 December 2017.
