The Mainland of China : Import Tax Concession Policy for Encouraging Technological Innovations During the Period of the 13th Five-year Plan

The Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Taxation of the People’s Republic of China joinly promulgated a notice on 27 December 2016 concerning import tax concession policy for encouraging technological innovations during the Period of the 13th Five-year Plan. The policy takes effect from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2020. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
