The Mainland of China : Initiation of Safeguard Investigation against Imports of Sugar

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 46/2016 on 22 September 2016: http://www.mofcom.gov.cn/article/b/e/201609/20160901398588.shtml, announcing the initiation of safeguard investigation against imports of sugar.  The relevant tariff codes are 1701 1200, 1701 1300, 1701 1400, 1701 9100, 1701 9910, 1701 9920 and 1701 9990.
