The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (SCNPC) is seeking public comments on the "Environmental Protection Tax Law of the People’s Republic of China (Draft)". The deadline for submission of comments is 5 October 2016. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the Draft (available in Chinese only). Interested parties may send their comments to SCNPC (please refer to the Appendix for contact details).
