The Mainland of China : Opinions on the Implementation of Integration of the Business Licence and the Tax Registration Certificate of Individually Owned Stores

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the State Administration of Taxation, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council jointly issued on 29 August 2016 the opinions on the implementation of integration of the business licence and the tax registration certificate of individually owned stores. A pilot implementation will take place in Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Fujian and Hubei provinces (municipalities) starting from 1 October 2016. Other 27 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and five independent planning cities will implement the integration of the business licence and the tax registration certificate of individually owned stores on 1 December 2016.
