The Mainland of China : Termination of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Certain High-performance Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes from the European Union and Japan

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOC) issued Notice No. 34/2016 on 22 August 2016 announcing that the anti-dumping measures against imports of certain high-performance stainless steel seamless tubes from the European Union and Japan would be terminated with effect from 22 Agust 2016. The relevant tariff codes are 7304 4110 and 7304 4910. For details, please make reference to the notice issued by MOC at:

2.For details of the final ruling of the anti-dumping investigation of the case, please refer to our CIC No. 942/2012 dated 16 Novermber 2012.
