The Mainland of China : Amended "Working Manual Concerning Certification of New and High-tech Enterprises"

The Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued on 22 June 2016 the amended "Working Manual Concerning Certification of New and High-tech Enterprises", which took effect on 1 January 2016. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
