The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Further Clarifying the Policies on Reinsurance, Immovable Property Leasing, Education for Non-academic Qualifications and Other Services in relation to the Full Implementation of the Pilot Policy on Changing the Levy of Business Tax to Value-added Tax

The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued on 18 June 2016 a notice concerning further clarifying the policies on reinsurance, immovable property leasing, education for non-academic qualifications and other services in relation to the full implementation of the pilot policy on changing the levy of business tax to value-added Tax, which took effect on 1 May 2016.
