The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China issued on 1 June 2016 a notice concerning the role of inspection and quarantine for promoting stability and enhancement of foreign trade.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
