The Mainland of China : Interim Measures on Import Tax Exemption of Materials Donated for Charitable Purposes

The Ministry of Finance, General Administration of Customs, and the State Administration of Taxation of the People's Republic of China jointly issued on 23 December 2015 a notice concerning "Interim Measures on Import Tax Exemption of Materials Donated for Charitable Purposes", which will take effect on1 April 2016.
