The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Design Business of Key Software and Integrated Circuit Covered by the National Plan

The National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued on 16 May 2016 a notice concerning design business of key software and integrated circuit covered by the national plan, which took effect on 1 January 2015. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.For details of the "Notice Concerning the Promulgation of Certain Policies on Further Encouraging the Development of Software and Integrated Circuit Industries of the State Council" and the "Notice Concerning Issues on Preferential Policies of Corporate Income Tax for Software and Integrated Circuit Industries", please refer to CIC No. 119/2011 dated 18 February 2011 and CIC No. 405/2016 dated 9 May 2016 respectively.
