The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measure against Imports of Chloroprene Rubber from Japan, the United States and the European Union

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 18/2016 on 9 May 2016 (http://www.mofcom.gov.cn/article/b/e/201605/20160501313635.shtml), announcing the initiation of review of anti-dumping measures against imports of chloroprene rubber from Japan, the United States and the European Union. The relevant tariff code is 4002 4910 and 4002 4990. For details of the previous ruling of the final review of the subject anti-dumping investigation, please refer to CIC No. 294/2011 dated 20 May 2011.
