The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measure against Imports of Solar-grade Polysilicon from the European Union

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 16/2016 on 29 April 2016 (http://www.mofcom.gov.cn/article/b/e/201604/20160401308453.shtml), announcing the initiation of review of anti-dumping measures against imports of solar-grade polysilicon from the European Union. The relevant tariff code is 2804 6190. For details of the final ruling of the subject anti-dumping investigation, please refer to CIC No. 431/2014 dated 13 May 2014.
