The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Certification of Enterprises' Technology Centres

The National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued on 26 February 2016 the "Administrative Measures on Certification of Enterprises' Technology Centres", which took effect on 1 April 2016.
