The Mainland of China : List of Cross-border Electronic Commerce Retail Imported Commodities

The Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Taxation, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the China Food and Drug Administration, the Endangered Species Import and Export Management Office and the State Cryptography Administration jointly issued on 6 April 2016 the "List of Cross-border Electronic Commerce Retail Imported Commodities". Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.For details of the "Notice Concerning Retail Import Tax Policy for Cross-border Electronic Commerce", please refer to CIC No. 281/2016 dated 29 March 2016.
