The Mainland of China : Preliminary Finding of Anti-dumping Investigation Against Imports of Polyacrylonitrile Fiber from Japan, Korea and Turkey

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOC) issued Notice No. 9/2016 on 1 April 2016, announcing the preliminary finding of the anti-dumping investigation against imports of polyacrylonitrile fiber from Japan, Korea and Turkey. The relevant tariff codes are 5501 3000, 5503 3000 and 5506 3000.
