The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Implementation of the "Administrative Measures on Certification of New and High-tech Enterprises"

The State Administration of Taxation issued on 18 February 2016 a notice concerning the implementation of the "Administrative Measures on Certification of New and High-tech Enterprises".  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).    

2.          For details of the "Amended 'Administrative Measures on Certification of New and High-tech Enterprises'" and the "Measures for Handling the Issues of Preferential Policies for Corporate Income Tax", please refer to CIC No. 162/2016 dated 5 February 2016 and CIC No. 1118/2015 dated 24 November 2015 respectively.
