Commercial Information Circular No. 968/2015

The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Polyvinyl Chloride from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Russia, and Taiwan Province

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOC) issued Notice No. 36/2015 on 28 September 2015, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of polyvinyl chloride from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Russia, and Taiwan Province. The relevant tariff code is 3904 1000.

DETAILS

2.According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 28 September 2015, the anti-dumping duties on imports of polyvinyl chloride from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan, and Taiwan Province would continue to be imposed for 3 years in accordance with the Notice No. 48/2003 and No. 69/2009 issued by MOC. The ruling also stipulated that anti-dumping measures against imports of polyvinyl chloride from Russia were terminated with effect from 28 September 2015.
