The Mainland of China : "Notice on Including Enterprises Engaged in Environmentally Illegal Activities into the 'Black List' and Disclosing the 'Black List' to the Public" of Guangdong Province

The Department of Environmental Protection of Guangdong Province (DEPGD) issued on 22 January 2015 the notice on including enterprises engaged in environmentally illegal activities into the 'Black List' and disclosing the 'Black List' to the public, which will take effect on 1 March 2015 for five years. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice.
