Commercial Information Circular No. 930/2015

Malaysia : Notice of Negative Preliminary Determination of Anti-Dumping Duty Investigation on Imports of Cold Rolled Stainless Steel originating in or exported from, inter alia, Hong Kong

Traders were informed through the Commercial Information Circular No. 328/2015 dated 12 May 2015 on the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation against imports of cold rolled stainless steel in coils, sheets or any other form originating in or exported from, inter alia, Hong Kong by the Malaysian authority. The Malaysian authority issued a Notice dated 22 September 2015 informing that the investigation in relation to the subject merchandise has been terminated.
