The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on "Decision to Amend 'Measures on The Administration of Examination and Approval of the Quarantine of Entry Animals and Plants' (Consultation Draft)", "Decision to Amend 'Administrative Provisions on the Supervision of Food Hygiene at Entry-Exit Ports' (Consultation Draft)", "Decision to Amend 'Administrative Measures for the Quantity & Weight Inspection and Appraisal of Import and Export Commodities' (Consultation Draft)" and "Decision to Amend 'Administrative Measures on Inspection and Supervision of Toy Imports and Exports' (Consultation Draft)"

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) is seeking public comments on the "Decision to Amend 'Measures on The Administration of Examination and Approval of the Quarantine of Entry Animals and Plants' (Consultation Draft)", the "Decision to Amend 'Administrative Provisions on the Supervision of Food Hygiene at Entry-Exit Ports' (Consultation Draft)", the "Decision to Amend 'Administrative Measures for the Quantity & Weight Inspection and Appraisal of Import and Export Commodities' (Consultation Draft)" and the "Decision to Amend 'Administrative Measures on Inspection and Supervision of Toy Imports and Exports' (Consultation Draft)". The deadline for submission of comments is 8 October 2015. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
