Commercial Information Circular No. 87/2015

The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on Intellectual Property Special Fund of Shenzhen"

The Finance Commission of Shenzhen Municipality (FCSZ) and the Market and Quality Supervision Commission of Shenzhen Municipality (SZMQSC) jointly issued on 8 December 2014 a notice to promulgate the "Administrative Measures on Intellectual Property Special Fund of Shenzhen", which took effect on the date of promulgation for 5 years. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice.
