Commercial Information Circular No. 86/2015

The Mainland of China : "Interim Administrative Measures on the Special Fund for Industrial Upgrading and Restructuring of Shenzhen"

The Finance Commission of Shenzhen Municipality (FCSZ) and the Economy, Trade and Information Commission of Shenzhen Municipality (SZETIC) jointly issued on 26 December 2014 a notice to promulgate the "Interim Administrative Measures on the Special Fund for Industrial Upgrading and Restructuring of Shenzhen", which will take effect 30 days after its promulgation for one year. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice.
