The Mainland of China : "Notice Concerning the Issuance of Material Consumption Rate for Processing Trade on 58 Items"

The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China recently issued a notice to approve the material consumption rate for processing trade on 58 items, which will take effect on 17 September 2015. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the full notice.
