The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the "Foreign Investment Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft for Consultation)"

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOC) is seeking public comments on the "Foreign Investment Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft for Consultation)". The deadline for submission of comments is 17 February 2015. Please refer to the Appendix for the draft for consultation. Interested parties may send their comments through the website of the MOC, e-mail, fax or post (please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for details) to the MOC.
