The Mainland of China : "Decision on the Abolishment of the 'Provisions on Administration of Foreign-Invested Advertising Enterprises'"

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued a notice on 29 June 2015 to promulgate the decision on the abolishment of the "Provisions on Administration of Foreign-Invested Advertising Enterprises", which took effect from the date of promulgation. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice.
