The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Implementation of Zero Tariff for Certain Goods under the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement" (CEPA) in the Second Half of 2015

The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council issued on 28 June 2015 a notice concerning the implementation of zero tariff for certain goods under the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement" (CEPA) in the second half of 2015. For the three items of Hong Kong origin products which the consultations on their rules of origins have recently been completed, the implememtation of zero tariff took effect on 1 July 2015. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
