The Mainland of China : "Implementation Plan on the System of 'Top Runner' for Environmental Protection"

The Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China, the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China issued a notice on 25 June 2015 to promulgate the "Implementation Plan on the System of 'Top Runner' for Environmental Protection".  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice.
