The Mainland of China : "Catalogue of Dual-use Items and Technologies Subject to Import and Export Licensing Administration"

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOC) and the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China jointly issued Notice No. 21/2015 on 30 June 2015, announcing the "Catalogue of Dual-use Items and Technologies Subject to Import and Export Licensing Administration", which took effect on 1 July 2015.
