The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measure against Imports of Certain Iron or Steel Fasteners from EU

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 18/2015 on 26 June 2015, announcing the initiation of review of anti-dumping measures against imports of certain iron or steel fasteners from EU. The relevant tariff code is 7318 1200, 7318 1400, 7318 1500, 7318 2100 and 7318 2200.

2.During the review period, anti-dumping duties on imports of certain iron or steel fasteners from EU continue to apply. The relevant notice can be downloaded from the website of the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of MOC at: http://trb.mofcom.gov.cn/article/cs/201506/20150601024851.shtml (Chinese version only). For details of the final ruling of the subject anti-dumping investigation, please refer to CIC No. 312/2010 dated 5 July 2010.
