Commercial Information Circular No. 538/2015

India : Final Findings on the Sunset Review Investigation of Anti-Dumping Duty on Flax Fabrics Originating in or Exported from Hong Kong and the Mainland of China

Traders were informed through Commercial Information Circular No. 304/2014 of 4 April 2014 about the initiation of a sunset review by the Indian Government regarding anti-dumping duty on flax fabrics originating in or exported from Hong Kong and the Mainland of China. The Indian Government has recently issued a notification to announce the final findings of the sunset review investigation of the case.

DETAILS

2.The final findings recommended continued imposition of definitive anti-dumping duty on flax fabrics originating in or exported from Hong Kong and the Mainland of China. Details of the final findings are available at:
