The Mainland of China : "Decision to Amend the 'Measures for Patent Administrative Enforcement'"

The State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China promulgated on 29 May 2015 the decision to amend the "Measures for Patent Administrative Enforcement", which would take effect from 1 July 2015.  Please refer to Appendix (pdf format) for the decision.
