The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Rules of Origin for New Items of Goods Entitled to Zero Tariff Preference under the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement"

The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China issued on 1 June 2015 a notice to promulgate the rules of origin for new items of goods entitled to zero tariff preference under the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement" (CEPA), which will take effect on 1 July 2015. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2. For details of the "CEPA Rules of Origin for Goods Applying for Zero Tariff in the First Half of 2015", please refer to the Commercial Information Circular No. 435/2015 dated 29 May 2015 issued by the Department.
