The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on Levying and Using Sewage Disposal Charges"

The Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China (MoF), the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China (NDRC) and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China (MOHURD) jointly issued a notice on 31 December 2014 to promulgate the "Administrative Measures on Levying and Using Sewage Disposal Charges", which will take effect on 1 March 2015.
