The Department of Commerce of Fujian Province, the Fujian Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission, the Fuzhou Customs District, the Xiamen Customs District, the Fujian Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and the Xiamen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau jointly issued on 5 March 2015 the "Interim Measures on Pilot Development of Repair Business for Domestic and Imported Commodities in the China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone".
