The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Value-added Tax and Consumption Tax Rebate in Hengqin and Pingtan (Interim)

The State Administration of Taxation (SAT) issued on 19 December 2014 the "Administrative Measures on Value-added Tax and Consumption Tax Rebate in Hengqin and Pingtan (Interim)", which will take effect on the date of approval of the relevant regulatory facilities and the official operation of the customs areas.
