The National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China, the State Administration of Taxation, the General Office of the Central Commission for Guiding Cultural and Ethical Progress, the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Land and Resources of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, the People's Bank of China, the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, the China Food and Drug Administration, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the China Banking Regulatory Commission, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the All China Federation of Trade Unions and the China Railway have jointly issued the "Memorandum of Understanding on the Co-operation on the Implementation of Joint Disciplinary Measures on Parties Involved in Major Taxation Offence Cases".
