The Mainland of China : Notice on Further Simplifying and Improving the Administrative Policy on Foreign Exchange Involving Direct Investment of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange

The State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) issued on 13 February 2015 the notice on further simplifying and improving the administrative policy on foreign exchange involving direct investment, which will take effect from 1 June 2015.
