Commercial Information Circular No. 193/2015

The Mainland of China : "Industrial Catalogue for Foreign Investment (2015 Revision)"

The National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China (NDRC) and the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MoC) jointly promulgated the "Industrial Catalogue for Foreign Investment (2015 Revision)" (the Catalogue) on 10 March 2015, which will take effect on 10 April 2015. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the Catalogue.
