The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the "Provisions on Reduction of Workforce by Enterprises (Consultation Draft)"

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China (MOHRSS) is seeking public comments on the "Provisions on Reduction of Workforce by Enterprises (Consultation Draft)". The deadline for submission of comments is 31 January 2015. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the consultation draft. Interested parties may send their comments through the China Legislative Information Network System, the website of the MOHRSS, by e-mail or post (Please refer to the Appendix for details) to MOHRSS.
