Commercial Information Circular No. 187/2015

The Mainland of China : Catalogue of Dangerous Chemicals (2015 Edition)

The State Administration of Work Safety (SAWS), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT), the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China (MPS), the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China (MEP), the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China (MoT), the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China (MoA), the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People's Republic of China (NHFPC), the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ), the National Railway Administration of the People's Republic of China (NRA) and the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) jointly issued on 27 February 2015 the "Catalogue of Dangerous Chemicals (2015 Edition)", which will take effect on 1 May 2015.
